Some information to faicilitate your stay

INTERNAL REGULATIONS:

Small animals are accepted at the institution.

The day of your departure you must leave your room at 11 am.(if you want to extend your stay, please check the availability at the earliest from the reception.)

The payment methods :

+ holiday vouchers.

+ cash.

SERVICES OF THE HOTEL

The reception is open from 7 am to 22:30. After this schedule, an acces code is mandatory to enter the establishment. It will be provided on demand.

The hotel has a private, secure, walled parking lot at the rear of the building.

Breakfast is served in the dinning room * from 7 am to 10 am and from 7:30 am on weekends.

The hotel provides a bar service until 10:30 pm.

You can ask the reception fro your fax, prints, mail or messages.We can put at your disposal a laptop, a fax or a printer.

In the hotel you have accto a FREE WIFI (you can ask the password at the recption: dial 9 on the keyboard of the phone.)

You have the possibility of reserving tickets, excurions… or taxi directly at the reception.

A laundry service is provided (internal or external). Clothes presented before 10am will be ready at 7 pm. We also provide a simple ironing service.

abroad : first the 0 then 00 for international and then the sign of

32 for Belgium
